Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a HydraWav3 device through our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment is received in full. Payment processing is handled securely via Shopify Payments and/or Shop Pay.

2. Shop Pay Installments

Shop Pay Installments may be available at checkout and are subject to approval by Shop Pay and its financing partners. HydraWav3 LLC is not responsible for any financing terms, interest rates, or repayment issues. All orders made via Shop Pay remain subject to o/ur fulfillment, warranty, and return policies.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 30–45 business days from the date of payment. This timeline is an estimate and may vary due to production or supply chain delays. You will be notified via email once your order ships.

4. Warranty

Each HydraWav3 unit includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects under normal use. Extended warranty options may be available and must be selected at the time of purchase. Warranty claims must be submitted to contact@hydrawav3.com and include proof of purchase. Damage from misuse or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

5. Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective upon arrival. Defective product claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing contact@hydrawav3.com with your order number. After 24 hours, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled, as production and fulfillment processes begin immediately.

7. Taxes & Duties

Buyers are responsible for all applicable local, state, and federal taxes, import duties, or fees associated with the purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

HydraWav3 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the HydraWav3 device.

9. Professional Use Disclaimer

HydraWav3 LLC is committed to ensuring that our technology is used appropriately and effectively within professional environments. As such, we reserve the right to review, refuse, or cancel any order if the purchaser is not a licensed healthcare practitioner, certified wellness provider, spa operator, or affiliated with a legitimate business operating in the field of pain management, rehabilitation, or related therapeutic/wellness services.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase and operate professional-grade wellness equipment. If we determine that this condition is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a 90% refund if payment has been received.

The information provided on this site, or in any materials related to HydraWav3, is for educational and wellness purposes only. No medical claims are made or implied. HydraWav3 has received FCC clearance for office use, confirming compliance with applicable standards for electronic wellness equipment used in non-medical professional environments.
